A Shopify storefront leaks conversions in places its owner can't see — a slow render on mobile, a product page missing schema, a checkout step that costs a percentage point. The CRO Agent runs a structured audit of the storefront every month so you stop guessing whether the store is the bottleneck and start knowing. It is currently deployed for D2C brands including Harissons Bags.
What it does
On every run, the agent crawls your storefront through 70+ objective checks across five categories: Performance (Core Web Vitals, page weight, render-blocking resources), SEO and structured data (meta tags, JSON-LD, canonicals, alt text), product-page conversion (add-to-cart placement, price visibility, variant swatches, reviews, shipping near the CTA), cart and checkout (express checkout, trust badges, free-shipping progress, Shopify Plus checkout customization), and sitewide (sticky header, mobile viewport, HTTPS, branded 404). The storefront scores 0-100 with the month-over-month trend tracked. Each failed check becomes a developer-ready row naming the exact Liquid file, theme setting, or API call to change. Five engines run under the hood: Google's PageSpeed infrastructure, headless-browser inspection of the rendered DOM, AI vision analysis of full-page screenshots, a seeded cart-to-checkout walk for funnel timing, and network analysis for resource waterfalls.

What the output looks like
At a pre-defined frequency, you get a report with the overall score, the month-over-month trend, the top 5 priorities, and a per-page breakdown covering home, collection, product, cart, and checkout. The full audit history lives in your Dashboard — every check, every run, filterable to "only the failures my developer can fix this week." For your developer, each flagged item names the exact Liquid template, section, or theme setting to change, with the recommended modification alongside it. Reports note an expected ±2 point month-to-month variance so noise isn't misread as signal.
Limits
Shopify storefronts only. This product tells you what to fix on the store. When the storefront uses a third-party checkout (e.g. ShopFlo, Razorpay Magic), checks that don't apply are skipped rather than reported as false failures, so the score reflects what the store can actually control.
