LeoPathway was founded by a team with more than thirty years of global experience across FinTech, consulting, finance, and retail, and a shared conviction that AI agents have crossed the threshold from interesting to indispensable for small and mid-sized businesses.

Our founder, Aayush Jain, spent twelve years building products and running operations inside FinTech companies, from large corporates to early-stage startups. He returned to school for an MBA at the Wharton School, where he focused on applied AI and worked on agent systems at the frontier of what's currently possible. The thesis that emerged from that work — and from conversations with dozens of business owners — is straightforward: most SMBs are sitting on workflows that AI agents could absorb tomorrow, and almost no one is helping them do it well.

Most of what's marketed as "AI for business" today is generic platforms sold to everyone, configured by no one. We take the opposite approach. We work directly with each client to understand the specific workflows that consume their time — email triage, lead qualification, outbound sequencing, recurring reports — and we build agents that handle them end to end.

This is deliberately a hands-on practice. We treat each engagement as substantive work, not as a transaction. Our clients tend to be owners of established SMBs.

Over time, the foundations we're building for individual clients will become the basis of a platform, one that lets businesses connect their tools and put proven agents to work without a custom engagement. We're approaching that platform the same way we approach individual builds: carefully, with attention to what actually works in production rather than what demos well.
