LeoPathway was founded by a team with global experience across SaaS, FinTech, consulting, finance, and retail, and a shared conviction that AI agents have crossed the threshold from interesting to indispensable for any business with workflows worth automating.
Our founder, Aayush Jain, spent twelve years building products and running operations inside FinTech companies, from large corporates to early-stage startups. He returned to school for an MBA at the Wharton School, where he focused on applied AI and worked on agent systems at the frontier of what's currently possible. The thesis that emerged from that work — and from conversations with dozens of business owners — is straightforward: all businesses can benefit by automating their workflows using AI agents.
Through our AI Agents as a Service model, we work directly with businesses to understand the specific workflows that consume their time — billing, invoice follow-up, lead qualification, outbound sequencing, recurring reports — and we build agents that handle them end to end. Every agentic automation is shaped to the way that business actually operates.

The LeoPathway platform offers productized AI agents. Each managed AI agent is shaped to your industry through substantive groundwork. Our users tend to be businesses that want the automation built, deployed, and run for them, by people they can talk to.
Over time, the foundations we're building for individual businesses will become the basis of a deeper AI Agents as a Service platform, one that lets businesses connect their tools and put proven agents to work out of the box. We're approaching that platform the same way we approach individual builds: carefully, with attention to what actually works in production rather than what demos well.

Aayush Jain
Aayush, with a Computer Science engineering bacgkround from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, spent twelve years in SaaS, FinTech, risk management across large corporates and early-stage startups before an MBA at the Wharton School, where he focused on AI and entrepreneurship. He founded LeoPathway to bring production-grade AI agentic platforms to businesses that need them the most.
Co-Founder
Shashank Jain
Shashank, Kellogg School of Management, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, brings four decades of finance leadership, including six and a half years as CFO of Shubham Housing Development Finance, where he grew assets under management to $310 million and led private-equity rounds with investors including the Premji family office, ADB, and BII. His work spans M&A, fundraising, compliance, and corporate governance, with a long focus on financial inclusion and operational excellence through automation.

Pankaj Gupta
Pankaj, FCA, FCS, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, is a global compliance expert who heads P.R. Gupta & Co., serving a clientele that includes multinational corporations across accounting, manufacturing, audit, income tax, GST, and corporate law. With over 45 years of experience in direct and indirect taxes, corporate law, and FEMA, he has served as Chairman and Senior Vice-President of several professional bodies, including the Noida Management Association.
Behind the leadership team is a team of seasoned engineers and operations specialists who build, deploy, and maintain every agent in production.
