Honest fit check

This works for ecommerce businesses doing $1M-$20M in annual revenue with a mix of direct-to-consumer and wholesale or marketplace channels. Pure D2C operations below $1M usually don't have the pipeline complexity to justify the qualifier; operations above $20M typically have a customer-service team that already manages email volume directly. If you sell exclusively on Amazon or another marketplace and don't take direct customer emails, this bundle isn't the right fit.
